E2 Visa

An E-2 Visa is an option available to certain foreign nationals to enter the United States. This program requires that the applicant invest in a business and also hire a certain number of U.S. workers over time. Although an E-2 Visa does NOT lead to permanent residency, investors can reap substantial benefits from acquiring an E-2 Visa, such as:

  • Being able to bring your spouse, who may seek employment in any U.S. based company.

  • You may travel freely throughout the United States and work at the company you have invested in.

  • Your dependent children (under the age of 21) can obtain their education in the United States and pay local (in-state) tuition costs.

There are many rules and requirements to follow. Please contact us for information.
